If you are having this issue, try this BEFORE replacing the RWAL Sensor in the rear end.

Remove the connector at the ABS unit on the Drivers side corner of the engine compartment. If there is moisture it will cause this issue. Dry it out and reconnect. Speedo should sit steady at 0 and the ABS & Brake lights should go out automatically.
