If rear  wiper inoperative, before looking at any wiring diagrhams, open rear glass.  Wiper arm should move freely, if not the wiper arm is froze, disassemble, clean, lubricate and reassemble.  Check wiper motor operation while glass is up, the arm being froze may have burnt up motor.

Look for the flexible fuel badge on the vehicle. If customer complains of MIL illumination with code PO460 and inoperative fuel gauge unplug flexible fuel sensor.
